My Gmail Account Receiving someone elses email.

Who can I contact at Google to help get this resolved? I am not finding a "contact" for Gmail issues.

There is a very similar email address that I on occasion receive their email. If I am getting their's could they be receiving mine?

I think the issue is more or less the spam issue , you can contact them using blog they must be having info over there
