Spam Filter

So the internal Emails from my work place are being all put into the spam filter. I had this tested on a few Gmail accounts and its the same.

The Emails are clearly not spam and we do not send out newsletters from our internal address - Its all customer service replies or reply Emails from sales.

If anyone has anything that could help please post so that everyone can learn something.
