I hope google (like everyone.net) lets webmasters host email services for their domain and we can share ad revenue. I'm waiting for google to make that move! Oh please start it!

Do you mean that you want to create your own email service (like Hotmail, Yahoo!Mail or Gmail) and run the same ads as GMail on it?
