Adsense in Gmail

whether it is permitted to add Adsense codes in Gmail Is it within adsense TOS. Anyone have any idea.

The AdSense terms include this: "No Google ad or Google search box may be displayed on any domain parking websites, pop-ups, pop-unders, or in any email."

So if you're asking (and I'm not sure that this is what you mean by "in gmail") whether you could include ads in an email sent from a gmail account, I'd guess that "any email" would mean no.

But i have seen emails sent by big website having ads from google,correct me if am wrong.
