That is just totally uncalled for.

We have had no problems accessing our accounts with a dial-up service. Something else seems to be the problem.

When you say you can't access it are you getting an error message or what?

He is getting the common "Gmail is unavailable right now. Cross your fingers and try again in a few minutes."

Like I said before. This is a common error, because Gmail is in beta. Most likely they can only have a certain number of users checking their email at the same time. Or a server or something went down.

In either case, its not worth complaining about, because its not going to make the server come online faster.
