I'm not familiar with the RSS "scene" at all, but was looking at a site that encouraged people to add their feeds, and started wondering whether the "bad neighbourhood" concept might also apply to RSS feeds.
Any ideas?

You never know, eh? I rather doubt it, but you'd probably want to have a good look at the site first if you were to get involved with them.
I have one RSS feed on our site, but it's only there for our regulars who have Readers. If any one wants to tap into it on their own sites, not a problem, but I'm not going to submit it anyone.
