how to get topicical rss?

I have rss running on a few of my sites,but the topics are to broad.

say i have a feed for Political news from bbc or ccn ect.
i get all news that the 2 feeds send.

how can i make my sites only display keyword topics like say news on only 1 political party, or 1 set of elections?
