Feed Reader with filter?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a feed reader that has a filtering capability to kill duplicates and/or kill by keyword?

I am using NewsGator and like it but I get a lot of duplicate posts and job postings. I want to kill them.

I haven't used it yet.. but there's a service called FeedShake that claims to merge, filter, sort, etc.. I'd be interested to know how/if anyone else is doing this. -Thx in advance

Also ReFilter does what you'are asking.
If you prefer a desktop aggregator you can use (for example) RSSOwl. It allows to query categories or single feeds.
