Hi ther
This question has probbly been answered b4 but I can;t find your search function here! Anyways my real question is I have RSS on my site and I know google hates duplicate content I've tried Feeddigest which mixes several feeds into one feed I'm not sure if that hide the duplicate thing or not, can someone enlighten me on this?

If you are using an rss feed to promote your site, you should use a title and a snippet. This way you will avoid the duplicate content issue.

Instead of posting the entire contents of the page as an item in the RSS feed - just include the headline and an opening paragraph.
