I have a rss feed up but can not see it in Pluck or update

Ok
i spent so long trying to figure out RSS myself and am getting very frusterated. I tried to create a feed at <snip>
Now it validated but i do not see anything in Pluck so I have no idea if it is woring. Second I want to have the feed updated all the time with new technlogy news about pocket pc and pda phones and can not figure out for the life of me how to set this up. I have read at least 10 tutorials and 20 webpages and can not beleive i can not figure this out. Any detailed help would be great.

i tried to install a thing called magpie to automaticaly udate various rss feeds onto my site but could not figure out how to do it even with the instructions? Was not sue what php file i placed the right code in? or how I got my .xml files to be updated daily? Can someone please help i now have been lost for days trying to figure out how to get a automatic update of various rss feeds onto my site.
PLEASE HELP if you can
