How to ping Bloglines?

Hi, I noticed in my Apache log that Bloglines hasn't visited for a couple of days, and I'm losing subscribers. So, my question is how to ping Bloglines to grab my latest headlines.

I am assuming that Bloglines have now come back as there is no other post in here.

If not, try sending a message [bloglines.com] to them. I checked some logfiles this morning and the seem to be visiting all my client's sites where applicable.
