How does Froogle work

I understand what Froogle is and it's purpose, but I had my first hit from Froogle tonight and after looking at the referring page, I don't see any information that would lead the person to have clicked on my site unless they were just curious.

How does Froogle decide what information to use for it's listings, and how does it know that what it is showing is correct information?

For example my page was listed with a price of $24.95, but there isn't anything on the page at that price due to my items on that page rotating every few days. (It's a teaser add, not really a product list.) And the subscription to my cart system is more like $20 so I'm still puzzled as to how Froogle get's its information.

Please read PMAC's post "Froogle Primer" - it's a great introduction to Froogle. I suggest a couple of other resources in addition to Subia's.

Froogle's own information for merchants:
[froogle.google.com...]

Unfortunately, if you do want to create your data-feed, you will need to wait for them to approve your account.
