Froogle - data feed

uploads nots being found by Google team...

I've formated the DB into the format that Froogle was looking for. Uploaded per their instructions to the "T". As requested by Froogle I sent an e-mail asking them to check my file.

They REPLIED telling me they could not find it.... anyway - after 3 e-mail exchanges (yes, google is actually talking to me! - that is SO COOL!) and me uploading three more times doing it as they requested they still cannot see it.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone had Froogle come back and say "got your file and it looks good" or "...it looks bad."?

Feedback please.

Note - when I upload in WS_FTP I cannot see the file on google servers... I asked about this and they told me this was a security feature (me not being able to see the files)

Enable hidden files in wsftp. Second, can you pull the file into your browser? (http://foo.com/pathToFroogledbFile.xyz)

My experience has been somewhat similar....

I carefully constructed my txt file and sent it up almost 2 weeks ago - still not in the index. I sent an accompanying email (as requested by google in the instructions) and got an autoresponder saying that it would be 10 days before I got a response. Its been more than 10 days now and I haven't heard anything back from google - I think I'll send them another email today.

As for my data, my feed data is not reflected in the current index. Possibly I have a formatting error or an illegal character in a field somewhere, but I don't think so - I have had 2 different people here check the file and it looked good to both of them. Could also be some sort of ftp issue - the ftp interface recognized my username password and I definitely transferred my file to somewhere - problem is that I can't see the target directory for the transfer (google security feature?) so I am unable to confirm for sure that my file got there.

froogle has replied and they have found it and are telling me the file will be included in Froogle shortly.... I uploaded as ASCII - so maybe that was the trick.
