I just submitted a datafeed to Froogle. Anyone else did this and have a noticable differences in Google searches?

Froogle should have not implicate on the normal search ranking, this would be highly unfair (It's like with AdWords).
And yes a lot of people here have submitted datafeeds to Google for inclusion to Froogle, do a site search or use your favourite search engine, and i am sure you will be able to pull up a few threads.
