Froogle Rip Off?

Just stumbled upon a site with a skinful of Froogle branding

Have just been surfing a site that has practically copied the Froogle branding. I wont mention the url as it will most likely get snipped.

Seems to be a very large company that owns the website in question though...

Does Google have a copyright protection email address?
