Products Missing

187 listed in Merchant Centre but can only find 80

Hi Guys,

Ive just noticed that some of our products cannot be found in Froogle (107 of them to be precise), even though they are i the merchant centre as being active.

I noticed this when i was toying with the idea of reducing the price of 1 or 2 of our products to below our competitors to see how it would influence froogle traffic and ultimately sales.

Any help on this one is appreciated.

When I started with Froogle I would type in my store name, and if I remember correctly only 30 listings were returned out of 399.

I later discovered that if I clicked on my store name on the lower left menu, all 399 would be listed. There may be more to your problem than something as simple as this, but just thought I would mention it...

Froogle is such a black hole, I just "fire and forget" the data.

Hi Keno,

This is when i click from the left menu and i can only see 8 pages of results at 10 results per page but as i said earlier the feed shows more active listings.
