One merchant - several sites - takes all 3 top positions

is this against Froogles T&Cs?

One merchant has several sites - all selling exactly the same things at the same price. Searching for a relevant product usually brings up 7/8 listings on the first page of Google - but now he also regularly takes all 3 positions - with his different sites - on Froogle which appears at the top of the google search page.

Is this not against Froogles terms and conditions - would they act if is was pointed out to them?

If not should it be?

I've looked back through the Froogle sign-up information, and I'm not sure what part of the T & C you are referring to. What specifically in the T&C restricts site owners from having multiple sites selling the same items?

You could always ask them, if you haven't already. I did about a year ago [webmasterworld.com] on a different issue, and they were very helpful about clarifying the issue.
