Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem before, I uploaded a new data feed this morning, went to froogle to view the current products for my store to find that, with a store search, no products were showing.
I checked the merchant centre and the store was showing the Critical error of Misnamed Data Feed. I use a macro to sort the product information into the correct format for Froogle which saves over the existing file each time.
I have never changed the name of the data feed since the very first upload, however, I logged back into the ftp to upload again and checked on the file a couple of minutes later. The feed was showing on the ftp with the following added to the start of the file name -
762052 Apr 18 05:08
Does anyone know if this would follow all the way through the upload process and create the error im getting?
Has anyone else had this happen to there feed, if so how can I upload feeds again if the system appears to be changing the name of the file?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

The above problem is now occurring with the second store I have in my froogle account. The ftp site is adding a date and time stamp to my feeds file name. The original problem has resulted in the first store drooping off of froogle completely and I now cannot even see it in the merchant centre.
I can't be the only one having this problem........

Any luck trying feeds-support@google.com? Seems they are slow to respond but I would take it up with them.
Have emailed them many times about this, and had no reply. Emailed them first beofre my original post here!. Have given up that avenue now and as the store has dropped off of Froogle, I have had to re submit all the store details and feed.
Another long Froogle wait ahead of me then!
