What determines whether the search will be on google?

Sometimes when people search for a keyword on google, the search results show on the #1 position the froogle results of that keyword. For example, if you do a search on google for "blue fuzzy widgets," there will be a link to froogle: "Product search results for blue fuzzy widgets." The users can then click on that. However, if you do a search on google for "blue fuzzy wodget," there isn't a froogle link/listing. If you do even "wodget", there's still nothing.

Now "wodget" yields more results on froogle itself than "blue fuzzy widgets" for example, so I don't know what factors are at play when determining whether the froogle listing will be on google or not. Anyone have a clue?

It's a mystery to me.
