Changing descriptions on site itself will change postion?

Does froogle determine position of your site at any given time or do they determine only when the feed is being processed?

For example, if I put in the froogle descriptions/title as "fix your car headlights here" and someone searches for those terms and then on my site itself it doesn't have any of these keywords before (I'm sure the user won't yield my site), but then I change my site's descriptions and titles and put in that "fix your car headlights here" keyphrase a few times, will it change my position immediately if someone were to search for it again? Or will it depend on when the feed was processed?

In other words, will froogle take a snapshot of what my site's description contained and compare to the feed info at the time the feed is processed, or will it act like google and refine the positions each time I change my site's info? If the former, then how long does it take to update?

Thanks!

I don't think that they do that. I have seen positions change only after making changes to the actual data that is contained in the feed.
