Unrecognised Feed error

Hi, I just wondering if anyone could help me out (a little quicker than the Froogle help team is)..

I have uploaded my feed file and although it definately has the correct file name I am still getting the "unrecognised feed" error.

Does anyone know what else can cause this error to occur?
