Feed pending content approval

I upoloaded my first feed for Froogle 10 days ago and I'm still seeing the following messages :

'Feed pending content approval'
..and 'Feed not approved to go live'

There guidelines say it means the feed is being approved and it usually takes 5-7 days for this. I haven't had any conatct from anybody, so should I assume they are bogged down and are just taking longer than the 5-7 days they quote?

The responses I've gotten from the Google team have taken about twice the normal amount of time. It took them over two weeks to answer my last email, so I would assume they are simply swamped with emails and feeds. They've always come through for me, though. Give it some more time and let us know what you find out.

Ok... thanks that puts me in the picture a bit better, being a first timer I had no idea whether it mean't the feed had been rejected or what!

I eventually got a reply from a Froogle editor regarding my non-conforming to guidelines feed. Guess you were right about them being bogged down!

2 months a still nothing, showing success with errors but no indication on what the errors are and also the Feed not approved to go live message.

I know that there isn't a problem with the feed because I use a froogle feed generator which i've used before on other sites without a hitch.

Emals to froogle have had no response.

I have heard nothing and my sites are still waiting to be approved after a successful feed upload.
