Which item does froogle choose

I just entered my data feed on froogle. Based on the nature of our product, the image that is shown is crucial to attract clients. So I am wondering if there is a rhyme or a reason as to what image or item gets chosen as the display item. I would appreciate any information/help.

Everyone is unique,

Some people may click. other not. Watch the traffic and you will find what works and what does not.

I believe you can specify the URL of the image to display.

Maybe I was not clear with my question - what I meant was if there were multiple items for the same category, froogle chooses only one of the items and the image associated with the item to show up. Do we have any control what item is chosen to show up in froogle out of each category?

Do you mean the items which sometimes pop up ahead of the usual search listings? .... If so, I don't think you have any control over those, although obviously the name field is matched with the search.

I have similar issues. For example, I may offer fuzzy blue widgets in sizes s, m and l with prices of 4.95, 5.95 and 6.95. All three items have the same image, category and description (except for the size), but froogle will only show one in the serp. I haven't been able to find a pattern as to which one they show.

It makes a different because the user might sort the results on price and if they are looking at my 6.95 price, i might not fare so well...
