1) A couple of my updates in the feeds will not take. I cannot get it to change. The original submission was:
Title: 1001 Classic widgets! World Famous widgets-Amazing Gift ...
Description: widgets like this are truly hard to come by. The Classic widgets is one of our most prestigious gourmet widgets! ...
Now, I changed the title and the description to:
Title: World Famous widgets
Description: Spectacular widgets like these are truly hard to come by. The Classic widget is one of our most prestigious gourmet widgets!
I have submitted multiple times trying to get this to change and I cannot get it to change. I am not sure what the problem is. Has anyone else run into this problem?
2) I don't know if I submitted too many times trying to fix the error above however since thursday at 3:45pm EST my feed has been stuck on the server. It has not been picked up. I do not have permissions to delete it from the server, I cannot overwrite the file with a new file. Google has not picked it up. I am stuck. Has anyone ran into this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The name of the file has not changed.
It has been 3 days since it has been stuck.
It has been over a week since I first wrote Google about the first problem.

The next thing is that when I use the e-mail that I have all of the correspondence with Google with I cannot sign in... I cannot even get past the sign-in screen. It just reverts me back to the sign-in screen and not to an administrative area however; if I use a different e-mail address and a password it actually brings me to an area that asks me to verify my password and type in some letters in a box..... I cannot get past that point either.
How frustrating....! How long did it take you last time when your FTP got stuck..... This has been stuck since last thursday.... Do you think my account got cancelled all of a sudden for some reason? Do I need to apply for a different account?
I just wish I could get something other than an automated reply from Google. The last time I wrote to them about something, I waited so long for them to reply that I forgot that I wrote them.
I wonder if Froogle does all of that by an automated service or if it manual? If it is manual I can see why it would still be there being labor day weekend and all. However, that would be horrible to set up that way. Manual Labor for all of those submissions? Yikes!
It took form Thursday at 3:46pm to Monday at around Midnight I am presuming for that post to be taken.

Sounds like someone gave you some bad information. You can upload as often as once per day.
From Froogle's feed instrutions (Section 4, Item D):
You can send new data feed files daily, weekly, or monthly.

The sign in for the Merchant Center is different than the sign in information you use to FTP the datafeed. Have you signed up for an account with the Merchant Center? If not, you'll have to do that first. If you have signed up, then it's back to Froogle feed support. The turn around time for my questions has been a consistent 5 business days, so don't worry if it seems to be taking a while.

The sign in for the Merchant Center is different than the sign in information you use to FTP the datafeed. Have you signed up for an account with the Merchant Center? If not, you'll have to do that first. If you have signed up, then it's back to Froogle feed support. The turn around time for my questions has been a consistent 5 business days, so don't worry if it seems to be taking a while.
I must have at one point in time registered the feed with Google. I have been submitting for 3 months now and my products are actively in Froogle. It tells me that my username is the e-mail address I signed up with. I have used that however it would not let me in. I went to the link "forgot password" It sends me an e-mail to reset my password. I reset the password and I still could not log in..... go figure.
