Search Engine Crawlers

Hi

I'm quite new to SEO and would like to know how I find out which search engines have crawled my site, how far they've entered my site and for how long etc.

I've seen a number of mentions on this subject i.e. "Googlebot went to my index page then left etc", but i need to know how you get this info.

You can find this information in your server logfiles on your webserver. You might want to check the following forums for more details:
