My website is not archived (robots.txt disallows ia_archiver) but the site's forum (offsite example.com forum) is.

How do I remove the offsite example.com forum from Wayback, since I don't have access to the root domain at www.example.com?

Thanks in advance!

WebmasterWorld99, first of all Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

Do you have access to the page-sourcecode? If yes, you can add <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> to avoid having these pages listed in Search Engines.

Unfortunately there's no possibility of prohibiting a bot from crawling the board if you don't have access to the main robots.txt You might try to contact the hosting company though.

Thanks! I've added <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> to the current forum (n170), but the forum URL was changed last year, from m50.offsiteexample.com to n170.offsiteexample.com. Both are archived on Wayback. I don't have access to the old m50 forum since it doesn't exist anymore.

Is it possible to remove the old forum (m50) from Wayback? Thanks again.
