Block certain links

Hello

the problem i have is that i have a link to a login page which i don't want to be indexed. the link is something like

page.aspx?id=23&ctl=Login

The number in id changes from page to page. Is there a simple way to do this? or do i have to write for every a disallow rule for every page?

Create a directory that is disallowed and put anything in there you want hidden.
