How can I get my whole site out of search engines and Google cache?

I want to get my whole site out of all popular search engines and want the cached version of my site also removed from the databases of all popular search engines.

How can I do that?

Make a file called robots.txt [searchengineworld.com] in the root of your domain.

In the file write:

User-agent: * 
Disallow: /
