Please, anyone, what is meant by "Invalid Line" and "Invalid Fieldname"? I get Invalid Line on every line of my page, top to bottom. What am I doing wrong?

wolfline,

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

It means the line is invalid, nothing more. This can be because of syntax or context.

Why not post a *short* snippet of your file, say the first and last two records only...

Actually, I was typing in the URL for the robots.txt incorrectly. I now get a perfect score. Thanks for replying so quickly! I will be back here, because I have a string of questions that run from Phoenix to Hong Kong. Thanks again, jdMorgan! I do have one more question though, why don't any of the graphics from this site appear on my browser? I have adjusted my IE 6.0 up and down with no luck. Is it the site?

With IE6, I have no idea. I switched to Firefox to avoid IE's security problems and get more modern features.

The images on WebmasterWorld display fine for most users. Possible causes of trouble are that your Temporary Internet Files folder is full (known IE bug), or that you are running some kind of Internet Security software (e.g. Norton IS) that is blocking images. Last time I checked, images for this site were being served by a third-party content distributor (speedera or akamai) in order to conserve the main server's bandwidth. This can cause problems if you have selected an option to block images except from the main site's server (third-party images).

Other than that, no idea. I've never had a problem.

Yeah, I can see everything in Firefox. I still can't in IE6. Dumped the temp cache and still nothing. I will keep trying, thanks.
