How to show a different doamin name in browser window?

I want to re-direct but show the same domain name in the browser window

I know I saw how to do this somewhere but don't know where. I want to show the domain name in the browser window but show a different website. Possibly by re-directing without a change of the domain that shows? Is there a way to do this?
