I am set up as me@our_company.com on out company mail exchangeserver - when I send folks and e-mail people receive it from me@our_company.com - this is fine.

But I'd like to be able to send emails to clients from outlook so they receive emails from me@my_companies_other_site.com not me@our_company.com

- ideally when writing the email I'd be able to selct from a range of different e-mail addresses.

Can this be done using the POP mail setting + permissions?

Help would be really appreciatd as we have to use webmail which is very labourious.

Cheers, Limbo

You can set up many accounts in Outlook. Your smtp settings will stay the same (whatever your default account is) but when you compose an email you can select what email account you want to send from.

That's the right answer :)

I'll give it a go.
