Flu has got me down!

Whole family is down for the count!

First it was my daughter, then my older son, then my youngest son, now its me and the wife, and all this happened in like 2 days. Its been absolutely horrible, it feels like my head is going to explode each time I cough. I won't go into the nitty gritty details but I can't wait for this to just go away. Man, should have gotten that flu shot.

At least It's not like last year when the stomach bug knocked us all for a loop - it was like the pie eating contest in Stand By Me;).

dont ever get a flu unless you elderly, pregnant or very young.

Your body doesnt build up a resistance to bugs etc.

Only had flu real bad once and within 1 hour Id gone from being normal(ish) with a cold to being unable to do anything for several days.

So i hope every member here take care of this. Flu happens frequently especially in Winter& Spring. Puls, i suggest you go outdoors to do some body exercises after your recovery.
