Continued from [webmasterworld.com...] :-)

I just found out that for one given query, I "own" results 1,2,7,8 and 10 on SERP #1 with a total of 3 independent (yet thematically related) sites. And they even reside on the same IP!

No, it's not SPAM! They are content-rich, white hat sites, each with its own focus.

Well done!

That sort of blows the whole ip range theory out of the window.

This morning #10 swapped places with #11 - still I'm rather pleased.

I recently witnessed an Adsense "home run" - where all 4 ads being shown were from 4 different sites managed in my periphery.

I guess that's not as impressive as an SEO shutout

httpwebwitch

That's as cool I reckon.

A while ago when I was playing black hat tricks I had the first 80 or so slots in Lycos. Fantastic amount of traffic for me. I just wish Adsense had been around then instead of PPI banners.

I got banned ;oP heh heh heh Now I wear a very clean white hat.

Of course - we all do, ska-boy.

pmkpmk got a handful of top listings in SERPs, a difficult and applaudable achievement.

But my applause depends on the search query - If I type in "httpwebwitch" the first 36 results are all me, me, me, me, me. pmkpmk, for what term are you ranking so well?
Don't answer that. It was a rhetorical question

Anyone with enough $$ can buy into the top 4 positions on AdWords... Nevertheless I printed out the Amazon page where the home run appeared for some day when I assemble a geeky scrapbook...

Oh, I can answer that without giving away too much. It was a machine type, along the lines of "commodore 64". The query returns well over 500 results.

Nevertheless, it's no coincidence that I posted this in Foo. Hope you see the huuuuuge twinking eye all over this thread. I'm not THAT self absorbed...
