Im looking to buy to PC's to learn Server 2003 and active directory blh blah blah on, anyone recommend where i can find them in the uk for real cheap?

2.5Ghz +
512 ram, 40Gb that sort of spec?

dell still have some big savings on at the mo. basic pc's but with the spec you mention around 129 + vat + del (code mmmuk4-d01111)

just beware dells overinflated delivery prices. some of their pc's have free delivery but I doubt the 129 one does.

anyone else got any evalue codes worth looking at?

60 per machine is a bit steep but very cheap!

would these be good enuff to use as a 2003 server and client purely for training purposes?

Look into vmware, maybe you don't need a new PC ;)

I am doing the exact thing in college now - learning 2003 and MS SQL server on vmware - works really good if you have a fast host PC.

And the best thing is that you can switch from one OS to another by just switching to another window - really awesome software.
