I just noticed ESPN.com got a facelift. Anyone else think it looks as good as I think it does? It's showing up wonderful in Opera 9.

It is good, but the popup destroys all good impressions!

Too much red ..site throws a zillion cookies in your face..while trying to sneak the pop up .. And if you scroll right down to the bottom ..they got something wrong ( maybe a layer ..I have looked at the code properly yet ) and obscured a graphic that links out somewhere ( I can see the cursor change ) with the coloured area they use in the central column ..
Opera 8.5 ..
Just went back ..49 cookies ..
And it's the central column "myespn" overlaps their bottom nav ..wipes out all the middle of their nav bar ..oops ..hope no - one here went live with that ;)

Usability sucks, check it out in 800x600. 15% of my visitors still use that resolution.

ESPN is a terrible website and a perfect example of what not to do.
