Has Webmasterworld been banned by Google?

I should post this in Google Search News [webmasterworld.com] but it takes too long for approval.

I'm currently unable to get webmasterworld by Googleing. What I got is:

Sorry, no information is available for the URL webmasterworld.com
·Find web pages from the site webmasterworld.com
·Find web pages that contain the term "webmasterworld.com"

Does this mean Google has banned webmasterworld.com? Does anyone get this?
