One of my processes is named CCPROXY.EXE
Is this a valid process? If so what is the functions of this? Thanks.

Are you running Norton Internet Security? If so, it's the proxy that blocks your user-agent and referrer info from being sent to the sites you visit (info found by searching on "ccproxy.exe")
