I would like to use my yahoo mail account to send emails to my forum members. What are the daily limits of sending and how may cc: or bcc: I can add at one time?
For example, at gmail.com i can adda at one time 500 bcc:, or cc:
What about yahoo? I tried to search on the next, but can not fin this info.

A bcc or cc of 500 addresses is likely to be seen as spam by intermediate and end servers and not relayed. You would be better off breaking that up into smaller groups, regardless of what the mail client will allow.
