Here's a few to start you off;

You're never too old to learn - You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Familiarity breeds contempt - Better the devil you know

Great minds think alike - Idiots seldom differ

Know any others?

Chickens who live in glasshouses are worth two in the bush.

Look before you leap over a bird in the hand.

I've always been fascinated by individual words that can have opposite meanings: Sanction can mean to support or to penalize.

Something can move fast or it can be stuck fast.

You can dust crops (add chemical dust) or you can dust a table (wipe it free of dust)

Better to be quiet and thought a fool...
The squeeky wheel gets the oil.

The early bird gets the worm. (Would mean something different to that early worm.)
