What would be better
2004 Honda Ex V6 with Leather (about 51,000 miles)
or
2003 Accura 3.2 TL (about 25,000 miles)
On whatever car I purchase I plan to get extended warranty upto 100,000 miles.
Both the cars have almost same features, except Acura is few thousand more, but also more fun to drive and have little extra gadgets compared to Accord.
Any recommendations?

Take a cruise through some of the auto forums for Acura. Loads and loads of reports of bad transmissions from 99-'03.
