need to open new windows in full screen all the time, is it possible? I know you can make them almost full screen manually, close, and then open them again, but it's not good enough.

Complete maximizing is not possible as far as I know. But the trick to permanent almost-fullscreen goes like this:

1) Open IE
2) Move IE the the upper left corner
3) Resize the edges towards the lower right corner - DON'T use the maximize button, instead DRAG the edges of the window!
4) CLOSE IE!
5) reopen IE

From now on, it should always stay that size.

thanks pmkpmk,
I use that, just the screen keeps changing after a while. I guess that's the best we can do for now.

btw: MY solution for this (and many other) issue(s) has been to change the browser completely.
