The average home computer user is bamboozled by technology jargon which is used to warn people about the most serious security threats online.Confusing "geek speak" used by experts and media included "phishing", "rogue dialler", "Trojan" and "spyware".
In reading the story I find it quite disturbing that, according to the survey, so many people online remain so uneducated. By the same token though, how do you go about making them more informed?
