Any one else use ThePlanet? My boxes have been out for over an hour and they don't know what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Even their own site is down. Getting worried it's not coming back!

I've got 8 sites on shared hosting from a theplanet.com reseller: they were down intermittently for a couple of hours this morning, but everything should be up and running now.
Luckily my reseller hosts his support site on a completely separate network so I was able to chat to them and stay informed of the situation.

My host emailed me to let me know there was a problem, but by the time I got the mail it was all fixed. *shrug* No biggie.
