My wife and I (now this IS silly and I don’t need a mental evaluation, thanks ;0) ) have this thing we do, ever since we saw the movie “Lilo and Stitch”. Now those of you who have seen the movie can visualize this, those of you who haven’t seen it, try to imagine. There is a part in the movie, when Lilo (a cute little Hawaiian girl) brings home a pet alien that she thinks is a dog. The first thing he does when he gets into the house is hiss a really nasty and mean sounding hiss. Well in the honor of that humor, my wife and I often hiss at each other (to be funny of course) when the other is being clumsy, or says something like “honey can you take out the trash?”, or miscellaneous other every-day occurrences. It’s simply a way of being funny. I think we may have gotten too comfortable though! The other day we were at the local grocery when my wife was buying tomato seeds for our garden. A lady was walking by, and bumped my wife from behind, when she turned and hissed at this complete stranger! Imagine the shock and horror in the eyes of BOTH women! lol It was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time.
How many of you have let an “inside joke” out because you were too comfortable with it? ‘cmon now, be honest!
On a morning train ride my wife was repeating "that’s my pot", "that’s my pot" and we both happily giggled and laughed...
Others gave us a raised eyebrow look and checked if we are a couple of junkies.
