They had a world water day logo which was somewhat obscure, I wonder why no easter logo?

Maybe they have to stay away from too much of religion or they will be obliged to cover every festival of every religion - which would easily cover every day of the year.
And they didn't have one for passover...

They had 5 or 6 days set aside for christmas time. Besides, wouldn't google US at least cover it since it is a recognized holiday and everything is closed.

Actually most things are open in the USA on Good Friday. In Canada, everybody gets Good Friday and Goverment and Unionize employees get Easter Monday off.
Since in Canada, we don't have a holiday between Jan 1 and Easter, we deserve four days off.
Google could have done the Easter Bunny thing, without upseting anybody.
