What's the best cheap ISP

Hey Folks -- I'm looking for a cheap ISP for my mom. She doesn't surf very much, so she really needs a cheap, reliable service. One of those $9.95 per month jobs.

I've been on cable for about 5 years now, so I have no idea about dial up. I see a lot of ads, but I'd like real world advices. What would you recommend?

NetZero?

PeoplePC?

Netscape?

Something else?

I'd go with a local ISP, you can always walk in and harass them if things go astray (I know this is true - people do it all the time to us. :-D )

I use Juno which I think is owned by NetZero. It's $9.95 unlimited per month. I have zero complaints. I will even say that again, zero.

My parrents just do email, no real web surfing. They create their letters off line, just connecting to the web to send them. They use access-4-free. The first 10 hours per month are free. They have minimal complaints with this company, although they do keep weird hours and are probably only trying to log on during non-prime time hours.

Has anyone else ever used them?
