I'm interested in ways that others handle this jungle - especially now as my scene has changed - I'm ditching 'uncle Bill' and am now using Thunderbird e-mail client - I have a Palm PDA, phone, Plaxo - what a nightmare it all is.
I'm thinking that maybe having a central excel (.csv) file as the master repository might be the way, then exporting and importing into that...
But it would be good to hear how others manage this maze.
