Best GSM network in Canada?

Need a cell phone in Canada...

Unlimited CA calling.
Cheap (or some sort of unlimited plan) for calling the US.
Relatively cheap international calling and roaming rates.
Unlimited GSM/GRPS data. WiFi plan would be nice, but not necessary.
Decent coverage in the GTA.

Can you Canadians help me? :) Was thinking Fido, but open to anything.

Where in Canada are going to call from most?

Fido: Cheap, but only has coverage in major urban areas.

Bell: Expensive, great coverage in the east, notsogreat out west.

Telus: Expensive, great coverage in the west, notsogreat out east.

Rogers: Average price, decent coverage across Canada.
