Some tv reporter was commenting on Armagedon happening, if the Red Sox wins the world series.

I could not find any web reference to Armagedon in the Red Sox Curse, so I was not sure if the reporter was being melodramatic or what.

Anyways, the Cardinals will win in 7, so Im not to worried.

The Bo Sox have already set two records this year:

First team to come from a 3-0 game deficit to win the series 4-3

Longest winning streek in playoff history (as of tonight) at 7 games. Previous best was 6 games.

Never, EVER bet against a hot team on a mission.

The cards just crumbled tonight, and fumbled every opportunity they were given.

I guess the cards will be the second team to make a comeback from a 0-3 deficit. You just can't argue with the bambino curse.

Both the "Cardinals" and "Red Sox" (Sox? Can't they spell?) are almost completely unknown in this part of the world. If we here in the UK don't know about them they are hardly likely to be important enough to have anything to do with armaggedon. ;)

Red Sox victory was reported on BBC Radio Four sports news this morning at 7.30. This is the first time I have heard a baseball result on a BBC sports report.

Just like you never hear cricket scores on Canadian or American media, unless its a BBC feed.
