I am planning to relocate to Merrimack in New Hampshire State (USA). Can you plz lemme know the general numbers for various monthly expenses etc.

Particularly the rent, average monthly grocery bill for two and average spend for other miscellaneous expenses.

I don't know if this helps, but I can tell you that you can get a 1600sqft townhouse in a decent subdivision for about $200,000.
